Wound & Post-Operative Care

We provide quality wound care with the most innovative supplies in the industry. Our nurses receive extensive training in Negative-Pressure Wound Therapy, and our program has been successful in healing chronic wounds.

Preventing Hospitalization

Our clinicians make every effort to prevent re-hospitalization through education, medication reconciliation and in-home procedures, maintaining lower re-hospitalization rates than other home health agencies nationwide.

Do I qualify for services?

Eligibility

You must be under the care of a physician who orders home health.
You must be in need of skilled care.
You must be home bound. This is met if you leave home infrequently, with difficulty and taxing effort. It does not mean you can never leave your home.
